Suggestions and Complaints

The practice operates an in-house complaints procedure. If you have an complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working within the practice, please contact the practice manager in writing. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you have any useful suggestions which you think might help improve the service we offer please write them down and post them in the suggestion box which is located to the right of the main reception desk.
